1. What is a GLNumber or a Virtual Number service?
A GLNumber or a Virtual Number is a local number that you can have in a country and all your calls will be forwarded to your destination number where ever you are in the world. GLNumber is a regular Telephone Number (Virtual number) assigned to you by our company. GLNumber is a great way to have a contact number in a country of your choice without a need for a physical presence there. Anyone who dials your GLNumber by regular phone will be able to contact you no matter where you physically are. For Example, you could have a US based phone number with a Los Angeles area code that will ring in Paris today and tomorrow in Frankfurt while the person calling you will be charged for the call to USA.
 
Many individuals and businesses have welcomed the ability to have a phone number in one or many countries and be able to receive their calls all through one channel.
2. What is a PINCall?
For certain destinations where DID's are not available, we offer PINCall. A PINCall is a personal identification number that your friends and family members can key in once the access number is dialed from their local area. Once the access number and PIN are dialed the calls will be forwarded to your destination number where ever you are in the world. PINCall is a great way to have a contact number in a country of your choice without a need for a physical presence there. Anyone who dials the access number and your PIN by regular phone will be able to contact you no matter where you physically are.
3. When someone overseas calls my "GLNumber", will they get charged for the call?
No. Your GLNumber acts like a typical North American 1-800 number or European Free Phone number where the caller will not be charged by dialing that number.
 
If the caller lives in Iran, Tehran, they can call the local Tehran access number at no charge, however if calling from a different city in Iran, they will pay inter-city charges to call Tehran.
4. Can I cancel? Do I have to sign a contract?
No, there are absolutely no contracts. This is a month-to-month service and you can cancel at anytime by calling us 1 week in advance. Please visit the  Legal  section of our website to review the Terms & Conditions.
5. Do I have to change my current long distance provider?
No. Your "GLNumber" acts as an incoming calls service, therefore there is no need for you to change or cancel your current long distance service.
6. What happens if I don't use all my minutes in one month?
All un-used minutes will roll-over to the next month.
7. Are there any hidden fees, upfront, admin fees?
There are no start-up fees, by activating your GLNumber account; you will receive a sign up bonus towards your minutes and your own unique GLNumber or PINCall. Please visit the  Legal  section of our website to review the Terms & Conditions.
8. Is making calls to a GLNumber difficult for people with no computer knowledge?
No. It's as simple as picking up the phone and dialing the GLNumber and they will automatically be connected to your destination anywhere in the world, as if you were right next door! If you are using the GLNumber PIN service, it is just 2 easy steps. 1 – Dial the local access number. 2 – Enter the PINCall. The call will then be forwarded to your destination.
9. I have family living outside of the GLNumber region; can they also dial my "GLNumber"?
At this time we only provide local DID's and access numbers for specific cities. Therefore if your family members are calling from outside the local region, long distance or inner-city charges may apply. They will need to contact their telephone provider for more details before dialing the number. However if they are local to the GLNumber region or the assigned access number region, it will be considered a local call.

If you intend to purchase a DID for Canada and US, it is recommended that you choose a Toll Free DID, that way anyone in Canada or US can dial the Toll Free Number at no extra cost!
10. Do I need a computer to be able to use the "GLNumber"?
NO. You can forward all your incoming calls to a phone number of your choice and consequently, there will be no need for a computer or Ether Phone (IP-Phone).
11. How does a GLNumber (Virtual Telephone Number) work?
Once a GLNumber (Virtual Telephone Number) or PINCall in a specific country/town is designated exclusively to you, anyone who calls your number will be connected to you no matter where you are located. All calls made to your GLNumber or PINCall will be diverted to your Destination Number which in turn could be answered immediately, sent to Voicemail and/or diverted to any phone number of your choice.
 
Imagine having a phone number in the United Kingdom. Every time someone calls your United Kingdom GLNumber your Destination number rings, so you would be able to answer calls when available, record a message in your Voicemail or divert them on your mobile when on the move or traveling.
12. What is included in my GLNumber package?
By activating your GLNumber account; you will receive a sign up bonus towards your minutes and your own unique GLNumber or PINCall.
13. How can I manage my GLNumber account?
After registration for a GLNumber Account, you will be provided an account number and password that will enable you to log into your personal page. “My account” page gives you all the information and features necessary to manage and monitor your account. At your personal page you are able to see your Account Info. , Account Status, Call History and other information plus the following links for:
 
My Profile: To update/edit your personal profile
Call History: A complete list of all the calls you received with their date, duration and the cost of each call for each individual A complete list of all the calls you received with their date, duration and the cost of each call for each individual GLNumber account.
Payment History: A complete list of all transactions on your GLNumber accounts. Includes renewals and recharges.
Auto Recharge: Toggle settings for automatic renewals and recharge for any of your GLNumber accounts.
Minutes & Subscriptions: Renew or recharge your GLNumber accounts.
Manage My Numbers: View all GLNumber account status', expiry dates, and balances.
14. What if I forget my User ID and password?
On completion of your GLNumber account activation, we will send you an email confirming your order and provide you with your User ID and Password.
 
If you forget your User ID and/or Password, click on the forget password link at the Homepage of GLNumber website. The form appears and asks for your original email. You will first receive and email with a link to reset your password. Once you’ve clicked the link, it will bring you to the GLNumber website. You will then receive a second email with your new password in which you can use to login and change your password to anything you choose.
15. How can I sign up?
 
By visiting the main page of GLNumber.com, you will need to fill out the information to the right in order to choose your package:
 
1 - Fill in your GLNumber Region, meaning where you would like your DID or PIN to be dialed from.
2 - Fill in your Forwarding Number Region, meaning where you would like to receive the calls from.
3 – Enter the Forwarding Number that you would like to receive the calls from. In North America, 1+Area Code+Your Number (11 digits without space); For other countries, 011+Country code+number(without space).
4 – Continue all the steps until you have reached payment confirmation.
 
Once you completed the forms in subsequent pages, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided. Simply click on the link provided in that email, and your account will been activated and ready to use!
16. How can I add credit to my account?
Log into your GLNumber Account with your User ID and Password. Under "My Account" section, click on "Minutes and Subscription". You can recharge your account with a credit card. Select your desired time and minute package and follow the instructions therein.   
17. Can I choose the GLNumber I want?
Yes, you have the option of entering the last 4 digits of a number of your choice. However, if the number is already taken, the system will automatically provide you with 3 alternative numbers close to the number you chose.
18. Can I choose the PINCall I want?
No, unfortunately all PINs are generated by our system and cannot be modified.
19. Can I change my Forwarding Number?
Yes, you may change your Forwarding Number at anytime. A one-time $5 fee will apply. Please visit the  Legal  section of our website to review the Terms & Conditions.
20. What if my subscription expires?
You can renew your subscription anytime within 60 days of expiry. A GLNumber is recycled once the number of received calls per month is lower than 10 calls or 60 days after the expiry of the subscription. A one-time fee of $5 will be charged to re-activate your account. Please visit the  Legal  section of our website to review the Terms & Conditions.
Please note: You will receive a notification email about the expiry of your subscription 7 days before the date of expiry.
